撇除心率帶穿戴的不舒適性,以速度及心跳儲備率 (HRR%) 作為運動強度之校標,

利用身體合加速度峰值及前後軸 MAD 值來推估走路、跑步及整個走跑過程的運動強度 是可行的,此結果可提供同年齡層男性在身體活動量計未來應用之基礎。

而對未來研究之建議,走路過程的速度選取可再增加多種速度資料以利相關之呈現,

並可將本研究之環境延伸至不同年齡層、女性、平地走跑、受過訓練之短跑選手提升測 試速度,以確認本研究結果之應用範圍。

附錄一:實驗參與者須知

感謝您參加本項研究,題目為:「不同速度下走跑的身體加速度推估身體活動量」,目 的主要在探討跑步機不同速度下步頻、經過不同演算方式後的加速度與心跳之間的相關 性。

為避免其他因素的影響,使實驗得以順利進行,敬請遵守下列事項:

一、 請據實填寫基本資料。

二、 事先了解實驗流程。

三、 在實驗進行前,做好暖身活動,避免受傷。

四、 請穿著輕便的衣物,以方便跑步為主。

五、 實驗時,實驗參與者會在跑步機上進行不同速度的步行與跑步。速度分別為轉換 速度減時速 5 公里下行走、轉換速度減時速 3 公里下行走、轉換速度下行走、轉換速度 下跑、轉換速度加時速 3 公里下跑、轉換速度加時速 5 公里下跑、轉換速度加時速 7 公 里下跑,速度繼續以時速每小時 2 公里的速度增加,直到參與者無法執行該次試驗超過 三分鐘即結束測試。試驗順序採隨機選取方式,每個試驗之間皆會休息恢復至站立時安 靜心跳,才會進行下一個試驗。
