6-1 結論
本實驗使用靜態潛變測詴求得椎間盤於動態疲勞負載後之流變材料特性,根 據實驗結果,本文可以作以下結論:第一,椎間盤承受疲勞負載(至少 0.5hr)後,
透過 24 hr 的浸泡食鹽水溶液,高度並無法完全恢復,且椎間盤高度會隨著負載 的時間增加而愈無法恢復。第二,椎間盤承受疲勞負載過程中,其滲透性(k)會隨 著疲勞負載時間的增加而顯著性下降,但聚合模數(HA)並無顯性差異。第三,椎 間盤經過 10.5hr 的疲勞負載後,內側椎間環有明顯的斷裂或扭曲,且椎間核呈現 血紅色之半透明黏液狀。
6-2 未來展望
本研究已經對椎間盤受到疲勞負載與休息後的流變性質作初步的探討,但本 研究使用一維的簡化模型加以分析,並無法完全得知椎間盤內部實際對負載之反 應情形。因此,未來欲得到更多椎間盤對疲勞負載之生物力學反應,可加入其它 的物理感測器於負載過程中,如壓力感測器等,便能得知椎間盤於動態疲勞負載 及靜態潛變測詴過程中核內壓力改變情形,能提供椎間盤的相關研究上更多生物 力學反應資訊。
另外,本研究觀察出疲勞負載對椎間環所造成的傷害及材料性質的影響,也 能提供日後針對「椎間盤修復」之研究一項參考的指標。若能有效地探討修補軟 組織之間的連結與生物力學性能恢復情形的關聯,將是一項重要且有利的發展。
