動態轉動慣量擁有固定輕轉動慣量的轉動慣量小、施於機台速度快,而在離 心收縮期有固定重轉動慣量的角動量大並能提供足夠的肌肉活化刺激等優點,因 為其離心收縮具有機械性增強的效益,因此對離心收縮的肌肉能力有所助益。但 自製慣性阻力訓練器材若要應用至運動場上可能要再改良器材的設計或是選擇 多關節的動作來增加動作行程,來達到訓練時的動作速度相似於競技運動場上的 動作速度。將來研究除了可以朝著更大範圍的動態轉動慣量選擇進行後續研究外,

並能以此器材進行訓練以得知是否能增進肌力或肌肉質量等訓練效果。
