第二節 建議

本研究計畫為了探討建築氣密性對於位處亞熱帶氣候之台灣建築的室內環 境與建築能耗之影響,藉由本研究收集世界各國相關法規與文獻,並加上現地 調查與實驗佐證,以此擬定實際確切的發展策略,方可達到實質成果。因此,

提出下列建議:

建議一

訂定「建築氣密性現場檢測標準方法」:立即可行建議 主辦機關: 內政部建築研究所

協辦機關:內政部營建署、內政部建築研究所

國際上歐美先進國家已明確訂立建築氣密性能現場檢測方法,然而我國僅 有門窗之實驗室氣密檢測方法。本研究已完成「建築氣密性現場檢測標準方 法」(草案)之研擬,建議可諮詢產官學各界之意見,獲得具體結論後,進行 相關國家標準之制定。

建議二

進行門窗氣密性對建築室內環境影響之研究:立即可行建議 主辦機關:內政部建築研究所

協辦機關:內政部營建署、經濟部標準檢驗局

本研究發現窗戶氣密性能不僅為國際節能窗戶認證標章之重要參數之一,

同時窗戶氣密性與窗戶之隔音性能存在相互關聯性。為了進一步確立窗戶的期 限與隔音、氣密之相關性,以及評估適合台灣氣候之提升窗戶性能之評估基準 與現場檢測方法。建議進行門窗氣密性對建築室內環境影響之研究,以利標章 制度推行與相關產業之產品技術提升。

成效值得肯定。

3. 調查研究顯示,英國 BRE 調 查整個房屋的空氣洩漏,以 71%是由建築外殼結構中的縫 隙造成,美國冷凍空調協會統 計顯示,仍以牆壁占 35%居 多,與門窗關聯較少,建議加 強以建築外殼空氣洩漏及耗能 研究。

2.2 空氣洩漏率(Air Leakage):因為室內外壓力差造成空氣通過建築外殼 結構中的裂縫,縫隙和不定開口之質量流率。

四、檢測

(b) 在適當的情況下,必須關閉燃燒器具的門,並暫時密封所有與室外連結 ISO 9972:2015 中所述現場建築物氣密性能測試的理想條件是室內外溫差 小及風速低。 因此應避免強風和室內外溫差大的情況下進行現場測試。

(3)應該記錄外部和內部溫度 (Te1,Ti1),必要時可以獲取平均讀數,例如

- 氣密性結果。
