4 月 23 日晚上,我和同學到學校內的 xxx 便利商店幫老師買中罐的礦泉水,
因為老師喉嚨痛不能喝冰水,但是現場都沒有,於是請服務員幫我們拿,服務員卻 說沒有,且態度強硬。因為我的同學也是做類似的工作,他知道應該會有未放入冰 箱的庫存,於是再詢問他,但他想都不想就說沒有,我同學也再一次問他,他都沒
進去看看,就說沒有,因此,我就回他說,難道商品的庫存量都背起來了嗎?於是 他才心不甘情不願的進去找,結果真的有。對於他的態度,實在令人不敢領教,也 令人心寒,與你們現在正在強打的服務品質形象廣告實在有很大的出入!!

我是住在台南的消費者,算是貴牌的忠實顧客,時常消費,但是我實在忍受不 了在台南的門市,尤其是北門店、西門新天地這兩家門市,服務態度實在不好,尤 其是北門店,問他們關於褲子的款式都愛理不理,要不然就是態度很不好,而且對 於自家的款式,好像也都不是很熟悉,問還會不會再進貨,一家店跟我說會進貨,
因為是基本款,一家則說不可能,因為是一季一季的出,出完這季就不會有了,落 差很大,而且款式都很不齊全,時常缺貨。
