五、計畫成果自評

本建置計畫於 2005 年己有豐碩成果,在學術方面之成果包括期刊論文 6 篇、會議論

文 8 篇,以及書本章節 2 篇。在人才培育方面,本計畫配合通訊教育改進計畫產出技術文

件8 篇、獲得獎項共 10 項、教材共 24 份,且本計畫所開發之工具軟體 SIP Analyzer 被下載 200 多次。在國內產業推動方面,本計畫提供技術諮詢以及測試合作廠商共有 21 家。在國 際合作方面,本計畫配合國科會國際合作畫與法國電信INT 合作研究 IMS 相關議題。國際 合作成果除了建立 SIP VoIP 雙邊之互連測試,並與 INT 訂立共同研究主題(包括 SIP Mobility、Peer-to-Peer Voice over IP 及 IMS Application Server)之外,本計畫獲得法國政府 STIC Asia Programme 將於未來兩年,每年補助一萬歐元(約合新台幣 40 萬元)進行雙邊合 作。由上述說明可以看出本計畫已達成本建置計畫之目標,並獲得豐碩之成果。
