2.4.5 COBie 表單的閱讀
COBie 表單其主要功用是為了非 BIM 技術的工程人員閱讀，閱讀的動作包
含閱覽/檢核，意即一般工程人員期可以藉著操作 COBie 表單（Excel 活頁簿）即 可閱讀建置於BIM 模型中的各項設備的資訊，包含所在空間、設備規格、或連結 的文件（如型錄、保固書……）……等，不需要透過點擊 BIM 模型中的設備來 獲取前述資訊（如圖2-12），對於不具備 BIM 軟體操作技術的人員，這是一個非 常易懂且有效益的閱讀模型資訊介面，且可以檢查模型各項設備元件的建置完整 度。圖2-12 BIM 模型環境中點擊設備元件獲取資訊的方式 閱讀方式如下：
1. 以圖片說明，詳圖 2-13。COBie 表單為一個設施（一棟建築）一個活頁簿
（一個EXCEL 檔）。該活頁簿規定有 20 個工作表，除第一個表為
Instruction（說明）用來說明該表單結構外，其餘 19 個才是 COBie 資料。
各工作表目前有6~55 個欄位，欄位是供閱讀者查詢各項目資料的搜索 欄。
2. 以圖片、表格說明，詳圖 2-14、表 2-2。第一個表單為 Instruction（說 明），除主要用來說明該表單結構、指示生命週期各階段應建置內容的工 作表名稱，也呼應前節COBie 責任矩陣（詳圖 2-8）中各階段成員的責任 與權利。依據East（2013）是需要訂定 COBie 表單各個工作表的標籤顏 色、各欄位名稱的顏色（詳第2.4.3 節），目前 Autodesk 公司幫各執行團 隊預定的顏色也在此工作表內說明。各階段應負責建置之工作表、工作表 說明整理詳表2-2。工作表有必須要建置內容（黃色）、配合各契約需求書 而建置內容（綠色）、尚未使用到的（黑色），共有3 種。
3. 詳圖 2-15a~b，各工作表內有不同的欄位，該欄位用顏色來區分，表示其 是於該工作表內需建置之欄位（黃色）、參考其他工作表之欄位（橙色）、 外部參考（紫色）、配合各契約之需求書所需增列之欄位（綠色），共有4 種。其中外部參考（紫色）是自動帶入建模程式自動產生的資訊，而配合 契約需求書所需增列的欄位（綠色）是專案團隊可自行增加的。
4. 閱讀範例如下：
(1) 想查詢某一設備所在的空間。點選 Component 工作表，在 Name 欄下 拉篩選或逐列搜尋該設備名稱，然後橫向對應 Space 欄位所對應的 值，即為該設備所在空間，空間是以房間編號識別。也可以反向操 作，在 Space 欄位下篩選或逐列搜尋某一空間名稱，可以列出該空間 的所有設備。
(2) 想查詢某一類設備的屬性。點選 Attribute 工作表，在 SheetName 欄位 下先以Type 篩選，再以 RowName 篩選一次設備類型名稱，即可找出 某一類設備的屬性。
一個表單(table) 有19個工作表worksheet (自Contact 至Picklist，不含Instruction)
每個工作表worksheet目前有6~55個固定的欄位，各欄可以下拉篩選項目。 除第一列為各欄位名稱外，第二列後之各列資料為新建，且一列為一個項目。 圖2-13 COBie 表單架構
