Section 2: Further Research Suggestions
For anyone that would pursue further research in the area of Michael E.
Porter’s Creating Shared Value model, it is important to keep in mind the relation between the implications of theories and the most up to date industry practices. The evolutions of technologies that are used to improve the social welfares are evolving at a speed that sometimes might vary within the matter of months, sometimes even as short as weeks. It would be wise for the person to always use the most up to date information at the same time to look back in time how technologies evolved and who was there to support and developments and who was responsible for the developments that took place.
Creating Shared Value should always be considered in all stages of the business cycle. Therefore, one has to examine carefully the history and life span of the products or services discussed. The information should be precise at any given point in order to show the relations between events that took place to understand why Creating Shared Value is becoming more important and tries to differ itself from Corporate Social Responsibility. One should have fair understanding of the origin of all managerial knowledge of the impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility to determine the difference between CSR and CSV.
For anyone that wishes to pursue further studies should pay closer attention to the reactions and attitudes of the utilities and energy consumers with conducting quantifiable surveys to disclose more relevant data that might be useful to perform a more thorough analysis to see how technologies and

regulations could in fact influence the behavior patterns as well as showing more vivid indications to create action pans that would encourage stronger engagement of the service/product providers and the receivers.
