animations effect will get better impressive.

5.2 Research limitations

This study has the following limitations. Firstly, the scope of this experiment in this study limit in the promotion website. Therefore, the other kinds of websites are not considered in this study. Secondly, the respondents of the questionnaire came from famous social network, such as Facebook, Dcard or PPT . Therefore the result may be focus on the young respondents. Besides, three visual interfaces of iPalace Channel are showed by videos before respondents answered the questionnaire.

Respondents do not use the three iPalace Channel websites in person. Thus, that may affect their experiences and satisfactions.

5.3 Future research

This study focuses on the aesthetic and storytelling visual interface effect on user experiences and satisfaction in promotion website. In aesthetic part, this study cited Moshagen and Thielsch (2010) VisAWI to evaluate in four detail items: simplicity, diversity, colorfulness, and craftsmanship. But in storytelling part, there is only one item to evaluate. In the previous research, there is seldom take storytelling into interface to research. When storytelling merges into the visual interface, it should be explored more detail such as on users’ emotion, like happy or touching, or on different kinds of purpose and so on. Moreover, future research can explore some rules to suggest what can influence the storytelling level is high, middle or low, and these

rules can merge into the visual interface.
