All of the four dimensions which are proposed by Kaplan and Norton in BSC are not necessary and suitable to adopt, and you can consider the strategies of the research industry to adjust. In pharmaceutical industry, national policies and regulations are the important parts, so it can be formed as an important dimension to explore and analyze with.

Based on the limitations of this study, the author suggests that future researchers can amend the model of this study, the design and application in detailed, and even cooperate with more experts in medical profession, legal

profession and marketing profession to build a more robust model in this industry.

Through the computer simulation, this study estimates and forecasts that the development of Taiwan’s pharmaceutical industry will still increase gradually in the future. However, we cannot guarantee and confirm that whether the development trend in the real environment is consistent with our simulation. Thus, future researchers can try to test, verify and compare the real development of this industry with the simulation result of this study.

In recent years, Contract Research Organizations (CROs) industry is attention and can help pharmaceutical industry to develop. However, no researchers use SD to explore the CROs industry, so the author recognizes that the future researchers can explore the CROs industry and the relationship between CROs and pharmaceutical industries.

There are many researches to combine SD with BSC, but most of these studies are concentrated on business level, few of them are focused on industry level. This thesis is to combine SD with BSC in pharmaceutical industry first. Therefore, the future researchers can try to combine SD with BSC in other industries.
