Future  Research  and  Limitations

Like all studies, this study also had limitations that should be addressed. Measuring organizations’ behavior by individual perception that here are managers is a common method in business studies that Quazi and O’Brien (2002) approached. However, due to the content of the topic, CSR and some bias affected the outcome of this study. It is possible that the responses were affected by social desirability although, unless actual behaviors are measured by visual techniques, this may be a limitation to the study’s subject in general. A combination of qualitative and quantitative in this study may be will minimize the CSR desirability factor.

This study was a staring point to examine Vietnam Travel Agencies’ attitudes toward CSR through managers. The study revealed that the environment, social, workforce, etc., stating and rewarding corporate ethical values, will affects in their strategy business in the future. While this study focused on only the agencies, the agents’

characteristic as the business scope, location, size will affect CSR and the attitudes of managers since the travel agencies is a bright group of many type business. Therefore, the study need investigate additional factors that may determine more their attitudes in CSR.

The future research might measure the relationship and examine such personal characteristics that in the survey question part 3 give out.
