7.3 Limitations and Future Works (1) The quality of engagement site

The service quality in the experiment 1 of interview still needs to be improved. Also the setting of the experiment might be restricted by our thoughts. In the future, we can co-work with the real SMEs and examine the quality of the system by field studies in order to improve the system and make it more practical.

(2) The extension of conceptual models built by engagement site

Although we found that the search targetabiliy and web visibility are the two concept that the SMEs should get focus, but the models only represent for the its own effect on the search engine side, but have not enough integration with other media’s model and consider the cross-media effect.

(3) User experience of using engagement site

The process of the engagement site is designed under the objective from the academic point of view. From the service providers’ opinions, the user experience including the user interface, the structure of the website should be improved in order to fit the commercial standard.

(4) An application interface for apps

From the suggestion of SME, it will be more attractive to them if we can package the mechanism into a standardized application interface for apps.

Due to the fact that many SMEs cannot approach computer and mainly use the mobile device. Thus, the providers can stimulate the CEB directly through theirs mobile device.
