1. To improve service quality, rate on time, ensure safety in flights 2. To upgrade Website system to bring convenience to customers 3. To build effective Digital Marketing campaigns
4. To try to maintain the cheapest fares to compete 5.3 Limitations of the Study
As many studies, there are inevitable limitations in research. And in my research too, there are three major limitations as follows.
The first is the limitation of study time. During the completion of the study, I also have some personal work to solve so I may not have really focused completely 100% of my time on this study.
The second is the quality of research contents. Most of data I refer to from
previous studies, forums, financial reports, magazines, websites, statistical portals and a bit of my experience when using air transport services. So perhaps the information harvested is only relative, not really true 100% because I'm not an employee in the company.
70
The third is the number of pages allowed (40-80). Therefore, I cannot conduct quantitative analysis and comparison between Vietjet and other airline companies in Vietnam to illustrate clearly the financial situation of Vietjet.
5.4 Future Study
This study mainly focuses on Vietjet which is the first private Low-Cost Airline to be established in Vietnam. However, in order to be able to come up with this specific marketing strategy for the entire low-cost airline industry, there are still a lot of contents that not mention in this study. For future study, researchers can expand topics research as follows:
1. Marketing Strategy for Southeast Asia Low-Cost Carriers 2. Business strategy for Vietnam Airlines
3. Analysis of consumer behavior for Low-Cost airline products
