-重要統計名詞定義
1. 已登記土地：已向地政機關辦理產權登記之土地。
2. 耕地三七五減租：係一種促進租佃制度合理化的措施，其方式為限制地租 額不得超過耕地主要作物正產品全年收穫總量的 37.5%，並取消押租金及 一切不合理負擔。
3. 公地撥用：政府行使公法上之權利，使需地機關取得所需之公有土地，除 依法令規定辦理有償撥用，應移轉所有權外，以無償為原則。公地撥用之 性質為使用權之讓與，而非物權之變更。
4. 市地重劃：依照都市計畫規劃內容，將一定區域內，畸零細碎不整之土地，
加以重新整理、交換分合，並興建公共設施，使成為大小適宜、形狀方整，
