selection criteria. Next, the selection criteria in this study were heavily drawn upon the findings proposed by Cowan (1974), Lu (2005), and Wood (2001).

Many other beneficial selection dimensions and criteria in the literature were excluded. Hence, it is recommended that future research should explore more dimensions and criteria from various directions. At last, the measurements with the ranking of the selection criteria were not enough to completely present the sound selection criteria on game-based vocabulary learning. Therefore, other more effective measurements could be adopted to rank the selection criteria.
