In four dimensions that the researcher would like to recommend the future studies to develop. Firstly, the teaching fields of participants. In this study, the researcher focused on English teachers only. Therefore, the future study might take teachers from different fields (e.g.
Mathematics, History) as the population pool for study. Then, the relationship between region and engagement. The researcher found the most important factor to teachers’ engagement was people. Therefore, consist of people differed in respective areas might have the impact on engagement. Thirdly, the relationship between gender and engagement. The researcher encouraged future researchers to include both gender into the study because there might be different perspectives from female and male since the society hold different expectations on female and male. Last, mixed method could be adopted in the future studies to avoid self-reporting biases.
