From this information that support by the theory of gravity model mention about “The advantage of the location of Thailand is the center of gravity and attract a huge of migrant workers from neighboring countries, international trade, border trade, and investment and developing in Thailand”. That’s because from Thailand PEST analysis is show information about Political factor’s that more stable, have clearly plan strategy, and have policy for sustainable growth in the future. Economic factor’s forces that could impact on Thailand success, can see the numbers from World bank that shown about Thailand GDP, GDP per capita, and GDP Growth is steady increase and sure. Social factor that’s shown about the various holiday, foods, life style, socialization, and cultures Of Thailand and Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia are very similar. That is one reason why a huge of migrant workers from that country popular come to work in Thailand, a lot. Technology factors have master plan for Thailand 4.0 for support about Food, Agriculture and Bio-Tech, Health and Medical Technology, Robotics and Smart Devices and Mechatronics, Digital Industries, 5G technology, and have technology for support migrant workers in Thailand such as telecommunications, finance and banking, and remittances money back to home country.

96 II. Major Suggestions

A. Stop Conflict the battle between two political groups. The red-shirt and yellow-shirt groups. These two groups are fractured based on political beliefs. These groups have a lot of power. Because of these fights, countries in Europe and Asia have warned citizens to avoid visiting Thailand, citing these fights as the main issue. Tourism dropped again in Thailand but has since recovered over the last nine years and when people in Country no the unity, it’s difficult to sustainable glowing up.

B. Promote Medical Tourism Industry, Thailand is a large tourism country. Healthcare spending in Thailand is forecasted to increase steadily as shown in past several years primarily due to aging population and Universal Healthcare scheme. Because of its beautiful landmarks and climate, it’s a popular destination for people all over the world.

It’s also popular for medical tourism — that is, people wanting to get cosmetic or plastic surgery come to Thailand because the procedures are cheaper than in the United States, Canada, or most countries in Europe. There are even plastic surgery television shows where women are taken to Thailand hospitals to get the procedures they’ve always wanted. Over the long-term, healthcare expenditure per GDP is projected to rise to 6.8% by 2021 largely affected by an aging population, a growing prevalence of chronic diseases and new technologies.

C. Promote Rich Tourism Industry, Crystal clear and transparent water beaches, mountains, and beautiful countryside of Thailand have caught the attention of tourists across the world. Not only have that, but the country also offers a unique experience to its tourists like luxury hotels and pink lakes to enjoy. The amazing architect of Buddhists

temples and Buddha’s statues are some of the amazing sights for yogis, thinkers, and spiritual people.

D. Conserve a relaxing philosophy, Thailand’s culture is a mixture of past civilizations, ancient religions, and a very relaxed approach to life. The approach even has a name: “mai phen rai” which translates to “it doesn’t matter.” Nearly all Thai citizens practice Buddhism — you can find ornate and unique Buddhist temples all over the country, which is one of the main reasons tourists come to visit and migrant worker come to work.

E. Give more precedence about Thailand - Neighboring Countries Border Trade and Economic Relations, all active members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), enjoy cordial diplomatic relations and share strong bilateral ties in areas such as trade and investment; security; education and vocational training; youth and sports;

tourism; and connectivity and socio-economic developments in border areas.

F. Spread out knowledge about Sufficient Economy to Neighboring Countries, This is best economic philosophy. Thailand follows the economic philosophy by the name

‘sufficient economy’ by King Bhumibol (King Rama IX). The idea of this philosophy is to focus on acknowledging the potential risks, moderating the system, being flexible towards the changing environment, and managing the overall desires and expectations. The purpose of this philosophy is to benefit poor villagers and lower-middle-class people. Ordinary people should have access to a better quality of life. Changing the economic environment shouldn’t get in the way of jeopardizing it.

G. Establish regular migration channels that are cheaper, faster and easier to access, To encourage regular migration to Thailand, the slow, complex and expensive bureaucratic process involved needs to be streamlined and made more affordable. One option worth considering is an open-ended admission process at borders that would allow migrants to enter with a jobseekers pass and register after finding employment.

H. Improve the capacity of the labor inspectorate to enforce the provisions of the Labor Protection Act, the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act and the relevant ministerial regulations in the fishing and agricultural sectors: Strengthening enforcement of labor rights protection for migrants will require the establishment of an effective system of labor inspection for hard-to-reach sectors such as fishing and agriculture.

I. Develop bilateral recognitions for the educational credentials of migrant children and provide accreditation for migrant learning centers to support the educational transitions of migrant children, mutual recognition agreements should be reached between Thailand and countries of origin. In addition, accreditation should be provided for migrant learning centers so that children can continue their education beyond the primary school level in Thailand or in their home countries.

J. Increase understanding of the contribution of migrants among the news media: To build more positive attitudes towards migrants in Thailand, there is a need to provide training to media who report on migration issues.

99 III. Limitation of the Study

In regards of this study, the major limitations are:

A. The source and information that scope limitations as well as data constraints forced the authors to only consider a limited set of sources of Thailand and Neighboring Countries economic overview.

B.Many of the limitations in obtaining the data were due to an absences of updated digitized information systems in Thailand. Additionally, some of the data collected correspond to independent national and international organizations such as the World Bank, World Trade Organization and World Economic Forum.

IV. Further Studies

The recommendations from this study were made just taking into consideration the Anchor Economy: The Case of Thailand. Future studies would validate and create better suggestions to improve the economics of Thailand and Neighboring Countries to sustainable growing up together.

Find Gini coefficient relation about source in The Anchor Economy Theory such as GDP, Import-Export Thailand and Neighboring Countries, numbers of Migrant Workers in Thailand by Regression Statistics progress. And impact of coronavirus outbreak will link into condition, particularly in the onerous of tourism, supply chain industries, and migrant workers activity.
