HR managers should notice some potential problems from the use of dispatched workers

CHAPTER V. CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

4. HR managers should notice some potential problems from the use of dispatched workers

3. Directors of the department where dispatched workers will be assigned should have basic understanding of the dispatching services.

To cope with the problem which resulted from the use of dispatched workers, superintendents in client companies ought to know rights and obligations of their own companies. Thus, it will be easy for them to judge who should be responsible for the problem.

4. HR managers should notice some potential problems from the use of dispatched workers.

For example, the ambiguous triangular relationship or the lack of legal regulations of dispatched work might result in difficulty of management.

Therefore, HR managers should have a clear understanding of the duty of their own and dispatched work agencies. Furthermore, details related to management of

dispatched workers ought to be noted in the contract to prevent triple benefits lost.

For future researchers

In order to get more information, future researchers can cooperate with dispatched work agencies which are able to provide the list of client companies for studying. To compare the differences between industries, the numbers of industries should be increasing. Additionally, it will be better for researchers to interview two or more companies in the same industry. Hence, the analysis of data will be more

complete.

Due to the fact that some directors have no idea of issues related to the human resource management of dispatched workers, there is a need for future researchers to interview both lineal directors and HR managers in the same company. Besides, researchers can also interview dispatched work agencies which these companies contracted with. Thus, researchers will have real understanding of the management of dispatched workers.

Finally, future researchers can investigate other issues related to the use of dispatched workers. Also, researchers can study topics from the perspective of dispatched workers. By combining data from client companies, dispatched work agencies and dispatched workers, there will be an integral conclusion of utilizing dispatching services.
