The contribution of the study lies in assessing the interrelations among knowledge sharing culture, knowledge transfer, difficulties of knowledge sharing perspectives and their influence on survival and competitiveness of non-profit organizations in Taiwan. However, different research participants, and different research questions and methods would produce a varying pattern of engagements that may add or deviate from the results in this study. Despite the many research and searches on knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer, there is little research focusing on the perspective of non-profit organizations. As a result if researchers are interested in pursuing an even stronger understanding of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer in other regions. Researchers may want to investigate scopes of non-profit organizations, use other methods, or discuss other issues.

In conclusion, we strongly recommend research with other qualitative research to compare and contrast with other findings of quantitative studies. Further research should be conducted in the study organization to investigate whether the findings of this study are supported by a wider staff, and to investigate the relative impact of various factors on knowledge sharing and transfer on the survival and competitiveness of TaiwanICDF. In this study two cultural issues have been intertwined: overseas missionaries and domestic employee’s organizational culture at TaiwanICDF. Further studies should be conducted in both context, in order to disaggregate

In summarizing, this chapter outlined the theoretical and practical implications of the research findings. It also showed how this KST Structural Model build by Shih and Augustine, (2012) can be used to assess the Knowledge Management system of TaiwanICDF.
