5.6 Recommendations for Future Researches
The attempts to understanding agility in practice have been mounting due to the current economic movement into a more dynamic market and competitive environment for corporations. Furthermore, it is acknowledged that this research work is not all-around comprehensive, and has room for further involvements into the related topics. For the researchers that are interested in further understanding on this subject based on this research, it is suggested that the following potential research interests be put into consideration.
First of all, only companies from the manufacturing industries were used for the purpose of this research. However, in order to confirm the all-embracing quality of the model utilized in this research, further researches using companies from other industries should be studies. Furthermore, after seeing the companies’ choices in certain dimension(s) of agility, further researches should be invested into understanding the development path of the companies’ agility practices in each dimension, allowing future companies transforming into agile enterprise could have clearer pathway to follow.
