The following recommendations address possibilities for the future research:
First of all, ICT is a useful tool for teachers and students during foreign language instruction, thus the government should provide relevant curriculum to improve teachers’ professional competencies and to encourage teachers to use teaching platforms that will let students acquire knowledge through these sites. Secondly, the survey should be conducted in various universities and regions in Taiwan. It should include students from northern, central and southern in Taiwan, not only in southern Taiwan. Thirdly, the study only used the questionnaire to survey. Therefore, it is suggested future studies may combine both the interview and questionnaire in order to find more detailed information relevant to this study.
