精神分裂病患夫妻團體治療：夫妻層次之互動現象分析

摘要
本研究主要以質性研究方法探討三位精神分裂症病患及其配偶參與「門診夫妻團
體治療」
，在此團體治療情境中呈現之互動現象，並以類統計(quai-statistics)方法
計算其頻率之改變。經質性分析結果將此互動現象可歸納爲功能適應過程
(functional adaptation processing)及訊息偉遞過程(information transmission
processing)二大建構類目，每一行爲單元皆同時具有此二大類目的現象。功能適
應過程又可包含角色互補，態度認同，婚姻情感聯結；訊息傳遞過程又可包含抑
帛型，被動型，互動型，命令型，攻擊型。由類統計結果可初步了解夫妻在團體
治療過程中趨向較健康家庭的互動方式。此結果可提供從事臨床家庭治療專業人
員在團體活動中，觀察及了解夫妻互動現象以作爲治療措施的參攷。
Abstract
This study’s primary purpose was to explore the interactive phenomenon of schizophrenic patients and their spouses who participated in an outpatient couples group therapy and the presentation of their interactive process in a group context by qualitative method, and the frequencies of change by quasi-statistics. Two major construct categories were identified by content analysis: functional adaptation processing and information transmission processing. Each behavioral unit consisted of these two construct categories. Functional adaptation processing included three concept categories: role reciprocity, attitude identification and marital bonding. Information transmission processing included five concept categories: suppression, passiveness, transaction, command and offension. These results may enhance family group clinical professionals’ sensitivity in order to understand the interactive behaviors as a reference of therapeutic strategies.
