1. 搜尋過程及結果想了解最近學到的Finasteride(口服生髮藥)的作用機轉 於是輸入關鍵字Finasteride 得到_{3954 的完全符合的結果及 4070 個含此概念的結果，資料量太龐大，且大多} 是我不需要的，於是將關鍵字改成_{Finasteride mechanism}

使用心得

: 是個很容易上手的網站，所含有的資料量非常龐大，範圍也非常廣，但是只要善用關鍵字，很容易在此網站中迅速找到平常搜尋引擎上找不到的精確專業資料，且不需要完全符合，網站也會自動列出有相關的搜尋結果，這點非常方便，但是美中不足的是，由於本校只有兩個可同時登入的名額，減低不少了此軟體的實用性，而因為此網站是用英文介面，所以在不知道專有名詞時，必須先去翻書找到正確的學名翻譯，才能再利用此網站找到需要的資料。從此網站也可看出資料的全球流通性，掌握資訊的人做事總能先人一步，整體來說是個很棒的學經驗。

1. 搜尋過程與結果想搜尋葛蘭素史克藥廠(GlaxoSmithKline，簡稱為 GSK)所擁有的醫療器材專利，選擇 Assignee/Applicant 後輸入 GSK 獲得_{10 筆資料，但其中很多名稱都是重複的} 所以再加入關鍵字DEVICE 後，得到一筆結果資料

使用心得:

想找和台灣醫院比較有合作往來的大藥廠的各種專利，於是選上最近才跟台大醫院臨床中心簽約的葛蘭素史克藥廠， I n n o v a t i o n 感覺沒有像 scifinder 那樣容易上手，而且或許是因為自己對專利領域不太熟悉，使用起來沒有 scifinder 那種驚艷的感覺，起初搜尋關鍵字時很容易搜尋不到任何資料，所以換了很多關鍵字多次嘗試，本身應該要更清楚各種專利方面各種專業用語才會更適合這套軟體，而配合多個關鍵字時似乎很容易忽略其他可能的相關資料，例 如，我一開始搜尋 GSK，得到的 10 筆資料中，其實有不只一個跟醫療器材相關 的專利，但加入關鍵字 DEVICE 後，卻剩下一個搜尋結果，雖然此搜尋結果符 合我要的，但卻遺漏了其他幾項我也需要的專利資料
