$ ~ ~ Q RESPONSE BY T, C. Tsao

On behalf of the newly elected Fellows of the Radio Club of America

November 16. 1973

: Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:

It is a great honor for me to speak on behalf of the 22 newly elected Fellows of this distinguished Club tonight. But it is difficult for me to express the feelings of each

member.

However, there is one wish common to us all. The creativeness, resourcefulness. and pioneering spiriL, all of which characterize this organization, are to be enhanced

and perpetuated, The value of this club lies not in how many members and fellows elected, but int he quality and

endeavor of each individual. In modern electronics. we are working on lumineus diodes. fibre glass transmission.

and even the theory of solitons. Closd study and intimate

contact for sharing our knowledge and enriching our experience are not only encouraged but needed. That's

. what makes this organization increasingly important. As new additions to Fellowship, we can assure you that we will, with unabated spirit, work hand in hand with the

previously elected, in promoting the art and science of

. radio electronics for the benefit of mankind.

We feel greatly honored to be initiated tonight. Thank
