使用心得： 這是一個關於專利權的搜尋引擎，如果要研發產品又怕侵權的話利用此搜尋引擎 可以很方便地找到資料。另外，在搜尋的過程中，有時又會見到一些需求方向或 是需求市場大致相同的專利內容，也就是，或許在搜尋過程會有另一番更新穎或 是更符合市場需求的想法，可以以此作為參考，為原先欲申請之專利內容做更完 整的修正或書寫。因為申請專利的程序所耗時日甚鉅，所以若能在一開始就寫的 完整，那所省下的時間跟人事成本相當可觀。 搜尋過程： 一開始想到的是＂可彎是吸管＂，於是進行以下的搜尋： 1. 首先輸入:”straw”and”fold*” ＝＞ 得不到理想的內容。2. 於是修正，改成”straw” and ”bend” ＝＞ 得不到理想的內容。 3. 再改成”straw” and ”bend*” ＝＞ 得到以下內容：
