摘要: 幼稚園教育活動能否順利的進行,需要校園「安全」條件的維繫,園方有責任及義務 提供一個安全學習環境。本文試從建構幼兒安全學習環境的學理基礎著手,進而探討 幼稚園安全學習環境的規劃以及危機管理機制的建立,以做為擬訂建構幼兒安全學 習環境的策略與依據。根據上述探討結果,研究者試圖歸納出「幼稚園安全學習環境 的策略模式」的雛型,其中策略包含「環境安全管理」、「人力組織架構」、「全面安全教 育」、「危機評估分析」等四個構面,透過危機管理機制的持續監控,達成建構優質幼 稚園校園環境的目標。最後,研究者提出數項建構幼稚園安全學習環境的具體建 議。Whether the educational activities in kindergartens could go on smoothly, the kindergartens need to maintain a ‘safe’ condition.

Kindergartens have responsibility to provide a safe learning

environment. In this paper, the perspectives of learning environment, learning theories, organizational theory, and crisis management were the basis to the discussion. The purpose of this paper was to explore the planning of safe learning environment and the mechanism of crisis management. Then, the authors would generalize the strategic model of safe learning environment for kindergarten. The strategies of the model consisted of four components (safety management of environment, framework of human organization, total safety education and analysis of crisis assessment). Recommendations have made for constructing a safe learning environment in kindergarten.
