NON-LOCAL HIGHER AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (REGULATION) ORDINANCE (CAP. 493)

Schedule of Fees

Notes:

1. Fees payable include service charge of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) for advice on the application for registration (*) and advice on the annual return (@).

2. The HKCAAVQ charges a lower service fee for a course leading to an intermediate award of another course. Please notify the Non-local Courses Registry (NCR) in writing on submission of the form for such a course. The HKCAAVQ reserves the right to charge the standard fee if the NCR is not notified and/or the courses are thereafter assessed to be generically unrelated.

3. Fee for annual return will be paid to the NCR upon demand when the annual return has been assessed by the HKCAAVQ.

4. Cheque, draft or cashier order should be made payable to “The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region” or “The Government of the HKSAR” and crossed. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
