醫院檢驗部流程改善模擬分析之研究 林怡君、楊懿淑

摘 要

因醫療檢驗工作量大,病患的需求多樣性更提高檢驗部門流程的複雜性,為提高其服務品質和改善流程為當務之急。醫院 檢驗部主要是提供病患檢體檢驗結果作為醫生判斷病情依據。仍許多醫院之檢驗週期時間太長而延誤醫師對病患病情的判 斷,間接導致許多醫療糾紛加劇醫療保健費用,使得醫療照顧品質管理高度風險化,因此改善醫院檢驗部門的流程為一值 得研究的課題。 本研究將以系統模擬的方法,運用SIMIO模擬軟體建構醫院檢驗部流程模型以模擬真實之系統,先利用實 驗設計收集系統中週期時間、系統中檢驗數與等待時間。再以變異數分析週期時間,本研究結果顯示在不改變現有人力和 檢驗器材下,適當地調整檢驗作業時間可以有效的縮短檢驗週期時間,提升整個檢驗流程之績效。
