一、中文摘要 磷酸肌酸是運動時爆發力的主要能量 來源,近年來許多學者研究以肌酸為營養 增補劑對運動表現之影響,部分研究顯示 肌酸對爆發型運動項目的運動表現有所幫 助,但因受試者及方法之不同致使結果並 不十分確定。短跑運動也是屬於爆發型運 動項目之一,但目前國內以肌酸增補劑 的研究中並沒有針對 200 公尺短跑成績 的報告,本研究之目的在探討肌酸增補 劑對 200 公尺短跑成績與爆發力的影 響。研究以 200 公尺短跑選手為對象,分 為二組,每組 8 人,依據其體重,每天給 予 0.3g/㎏的肌酸補充劑,為期六天。由 計畫的結果可以看出,肌酸對 200 公尺短 跑之運動表現有幫助,並且可以降低運動 過後的血乳酸值以延緩運動後疲勞的產 生。經過長期的觀察肌酸的補充並不會影 響肝功能及腎功能。 關鍵詞:肌酸、短跑、爆發力、運動員 Abstract

Phosphocreatine is the major energy source of power during exercise. Creatine has been used as a nutritional-ergogenic aid to enhance exercise performance in recent study. But the results are not consistent. Two hundred meters spirit is one of sport events of power. The creatine supplementation for 200m spirit athletes has not been studied yet.

The purpose of this project is to investigate the effect of creatine supplementation on 200m spirit athletes. The subjects will take creatine monohydrate 0.3g per kilogram lean body mass per day for six days and other group will take same dose maltodextrin by plecebo. Each group has eight subjects. The daily training schedule has to be recorded before, during and after the supplementation in order to calculate their 200m spirit time every week. Creaine supplementaion is really usdful on 200m spirit. It also reduced blood lactate and help recovered fatigue. On the other hand we realized using creatine supplement has no health problem.

四、計畫成果自評 本計畫在經過執行後,我們可以看出 在短跑項目中,藉由肌酸的補充確實可以 增進運動選手的運動表現,並且能夠延緩 疲勞。 肌酸增補劑並非國際奧林匹克委員會 (IOC)所列之運動員禁藥,因此選手可以 在比賽前二至三週來使用肌酸增補劑,以 增進運動表現。 原計畫是針對 100 公尺來加以研究, 但在預前實驗中發現在衝刺 100 公尺後所 用的能量系統以 ATP-PC 為主,對於乳酸的 部份無法加以研究,故改為 200 公的項 目,在經過計畫的執行後,都能大致符合 所預期的結果,並且能真正適用於運動 員。 五、參考文獻
