斷層掃描於植牙系統之研究 林冠鋐、賴元隆

摘 要

不同於昂貴的3D雷射掃瞄機和快速成型機來執行高成本的植體植入程序,本研究試著在植體手術中提供一個新的鑽孔導引 版製作程序,以降低預算,但因手術設備或產品的價位較高,使得這些規劃在植牙手術中不普及。   在植體放置模板於 植牙手術的研究中,本研究描述一種新的基礎影像交互對照的程式,可利用CT影像置放植體,並建構一個精準的導引模 板,不同於傳統的植牙療程,需要沿著下顎在牙齦翻開一個切口,並暴露底層的骨頭。CT掃描影像除了提供了準確的骨 頭影像,且能觀看顎骨狀況,將複數張影像重新整合後,可以建成一個三維模型,用此三維基礎影像進行植體放置的規劃
