全程概述

a. 同位素環境指紋資料庫之建置研究,此計畫乃與高雄市環境保護局合作,進行高雄市 轄區內電鍍業、印刷電路板業、金屬表面處理業、半導體業、製革業等 5 種行業別之樣 品採集,目前已採集製革業 2 家、印刷電路板業 2 家、電鍍業 3 家、金屬表面處理業 2 家、半導體業 2 家等共 11 家業者之原廢水、放流水及製程產生之污泥。原廢水及放流 水部份,已用 ICP-OES 及 ICP-MS 測得各主要元素及微量元素之濃度數據,並以主成 分分析(Principle Component Analysis, PCA)分類各行業別之元素特性,未來將繼續完 成污泥之重金屬濃度測定,以評判原廢水、放流水及污泥之重金屬濃度關聯性。同位 素部分,已初步測得 Zn 同位素在不同行業別原廢水、放流水之分化情形,未來將繼 續量測 Pb 同位素及其他重金屬之同位素分化情形,期望成果能改善地方環保局查緝 污染排放元兇之技術與能力。

b. 與工研院合作磁性奈米鐵氧磁體預濃縮海水中之稀土元素(REE),目前初步發現此類磁 性奈米顆粒可有效吸附溶液中之稀土元素,將繼續研究其脫附特性,並進一步暸解吸 附過程對特定 REE 所造成之分化程度,將以 Nd 為研究對象。

c. 雙金屬奈米級磁性鐵氧磁體尖晶石吸附無機重金屬之研究,以不同系列雙金屬鐵氧磁 體尖晶石作為吸附材,測試其吸附 Cu、Cd、As、Pb、Cr、Zn、Ni、REE、Fe 等無機重金屬 之效能。目前已合成不同系列比例之鐵氧磁體尖晶石作為吸附材 (以 Cu-Fe ferrite 為 例 ) , 初 步 結 果 顯 示 在 測 試 的 重 金 屬 及 元 素 中 (Nd 、 Ga 、 In 、 Mo Cu、Pb、Ni、Fe、As、Zn、Cd、Cr、U),於初始濃度 10 ppm 的條件下,As 在 pH 3 時,僅 需 5 min 的吸附時間,CuFe2O4即可將其自液相中移除。此外,相較於 Fe3O4吸附 As(V)之飽和吸附量 14.4 mg/g,CuFe2O4大幅將 As(V)之飽和吸附量提升至 45.5 mg/g。

d. 與高雄應用科技大學張健桂教授合作應用鐵氧磁體尖晶石觸媒催化苯、甲苯、乙基苯、

二甲苯(BTEX)之研究計畫。參與包含整體研究計畫架構、實驗室分析技術的建立、數 據分析與討論、撰寫並發表相關的研究成果。

e. 將與高雄應用科技大學張健桂教授合作環保署三年期研究計畫,題目為以酸溶出法結 合鐵氧磁體程序直接產製 Mn-Zn 鐵氧磁體作為觸媒應用於催化有害廢氣(如以酸乙酯) 之研究。包含整體研究計畫架構、數據分析與討論、撰寫並發表相關的研究成果。
