課程名稱: (中文)專題研究-海洋微生物特論(二) 學分數:上學期()下學期(1)

(英文)Special Topics on Marine Microbiology (II) 授課教師:呂誌翼 老師

授課目標:使學生瞭解海洋微生物相關研究,並能將海洋微生物知識應用於生物技術領域之研究和 開發上。

課程範圍:

海洋微生物泛指在海洋環境中生存的真菌、細菌、微藻類和部份原生生物,這些微生物可能生存在 海水中、底泥、海中其他生物的體表或腸道、臟器,以及海中固體物或建築物上:例如各類岩石、鑽井 台、各類漁具、漁網…等。本課程範圍主要介紹海洋微生物之多樣性,以及重要海洋微生物種類以及 其各種應用案例,使學生能有良好的海洋微生物專業知識和應用基礎。

授課方式:

以口授、討論及以及案例報告為主,並配合講義及幻燈片以輔助教學。
