Summary

In the intensive care ward, the nurses is the responsibility of dispatching the nursing shift leader position as the class patients, and in accordance with the principles of the unit and dispatching dispatching dispatching experience of those of patients assigned to the next appropriate class of nurses care, dispatching the results will affect the workload of nurses, but also indirectly affect the safety of patients. Current dispatching method is conducted on paper, on average, spend on integrated care and head of the table and sent the day before class time for the next shift of about 15-2 minutes later for the busy intensive care units nursing staff in terms of same is to increase the time non-direct care costs. The main purpose of this system, is to develop a system for guiding the information system, supporting dispatching process, and makes the head of the nursing school classes to enhance the efficiency of access, except saving time and indirectly promote the safety of patients. The system users through the first line that nurses adopt self-

development methods to solve the information required for the

actual needs and to enhance the users acceptance purposes. The

development tool used is the use of hand fast entry of Excel VBA and

Excel software, using the population of the user interface to users to

maintain their own purposes. The need for this development process, for future non-IT staff to take self-service system development experience for reference.
