The Effects of the Group Conference on Job Stress Adjustment of New Graduate Nurses
Abstract
In this study, new nurses graduating clinical work stress, and psychological distress levels and related factors, and in the group discussion on New graduate nurses adaptation of the effectiveness of work stress. Measured before and after the adoption of quasi-experimental research design, subjects were enrolled in a medical center in Taipei, general wards, the actual experience of clinical nursing New graduate nurses, to randomly assigned into experimental and control groups, the experimental group to 1month post to start every two weeks regularly participate in group discussion, a period of months, a total of fivetimes the number enrolled a total of 25 experimental group and control group 33.
