的標準與原則,這些原則較易因人而異,是個人自覺的結果,由於醫療人員行為乃為「個人」

面對醫療情境時所進行的決策過程關係及其影響,因此醫療個人道德問題亦是攸關醫療品質 應注意之衡量構面。

二、本研究之主要建議如下:

(一)初步整理及篩選的(1)醫療資源及設施品質,(2)公共衛生及臨床醫療品質,及(3)

醫療服務品質的黃金三角各含多個構面,各構面又含多項指標,為達進一步精簡的目 的,宜接續以實證資料來加以測試,找出最適用指標。

(二)本計畫所提之醫療品質金三角的核心應為醫療道德。但此一概念尚待發展具效度與信 度的測量指標,故持續發展醫德量表,為未來研究的重要方向。

(三)醫療品質指標需作綜合性的評估與呈現。故如何以醫療道德為核心,加上醫療品質金 三角的具代表性指標,進而建構出綜合性的「醫療幸福指數」,是未來研究應達成的目 標,若此一目標能實現,則對醫療政策的訂定將可提供關鍵性的資訊。
