測驗階段: 在這個部分的實驗中,電腦螢幕上會呈現一個中文字和一條底線。這個中 文字是雙字詞的第一個字 (字幹)。請你利用這個字幹當做線索,來回想在先前實驗中所看到
的詞。例如:「數學」這個詞曾經出現在之前的實驗中。在這個測試階段,螢幕上可能會出現
「數 」做為回想「數學」的線索。但是,不是所有的字幹都能利用先前出現的詞填答。如
果你無法回想 (或確認) 出一個先前出現過的詞,請填寫第一個浮現在腦中、以那個字為首 的雙字詞。每個字幹出現的時間是十五秒,所以你必須在十五秒內把適當的雙字詞寫在紙上。
但是,必須注意的是,你是否可用練習過的詞填答,必須看情況。例如:假設你看到「數
」時能夠回想出之前看過「數學」。能不能填「數學」視螢幕上出現的訊息而定。如果在字
幹出現的同時出現「舊」的提示字,則請你用一個確定為練習詞的詞來填答。如果在字幹出 現的同時出現「新」的提示字,則請你不要填寫練習過的雙字詞,改用其它以「數」字為首
的雙字詞填寫。例如:螢幕上出現「新 數 」時,你不能填「數學」,但你可以填「數量」。
如果你可以回想出先前出現過的雙字詞,但是無法想出另一個以相同字幹開始的雙字詞,可 以不用作答。 (請按空白鍵繼續)
簡而言之,實驗中會出現一些字幹,請你將它做為回想先前實驗中看到的詞的線索。如
果你可以回想出一個之前出現過的字,而且螢幕上出現的提示語為「舊」,你就填寫練習過的
詞;如果出現的提示語為「新」,則不能填寫練習過的詞。你可能會無法回想出一個以前曾經
出現過的詞來完成字幹填充,這是因為有一部分的字幹只能用先前沒學過的詞來回答。當你
沒有辦法確認出一個以前出現過的詞,就不要理會出現的提示語是「新」或是「舊」,填寫第
一個浮現在你腦海的雙字詞就可以了。請你盡可能地完成字幹填充。特別注意,如果出現的
提示語為「舊」,請你用確認的練習詞填寫;如果出現的提示語為「新」,就不要用練習詞填
寫。每個字幹出現十五秒,當你按下空白鍵或是過了十五秒之後,電腦就會出現下一個嘗試 次。
