4.7 小結
反應譜部分:
1. 試驗機櫃內部改變設備物重量,低頻區域之機櫃反應無顯著差異,但於 高頻部分質量櫃(mass)反應大於空櫃(bare)之反應。
2. 由不同量測點位之反應譜比較,X 及 Y 方向反應均隨量測高度增加而 反應提升,櫃內反應均大於櫃外反應,且發現當高度增加時,反應譜之 峰值所對應之頻率有變小趨勢,強震反應峰值所對應之頻率皆低於白噪 音試驗之頻率;Z 方向之反應,受到櫃內有無抽屜之影響,無抽屜型式 之反應無明顯變化,但含有抽屜組別反應於高頻部分有明顯放大反應,
表示抽屜受震時,有上下跳動反應。
3. 輸入波強度不同,其反應為隨強度增加而反應變大,並發現加速度反應 譜尖峰值所對應之頻率隨之減少,代表機櫃內部材料開始進入降伏階 段。
4. 不同型式之輸入波,X 方向均為 OBE 試驗波大於 IEEE693 試驗波,Y 向反應為 OBE 試驗波略小於或等於 IEEE693 試驗波,Z 方向為 OBE

試驗波反應均比 IEEE693 試驗波反應高。可發現 IEEE693 地震力主要 頻率落在低頻處(f<20Hz),OBE 地震力主要頻率落在高頻處(f>20Hz),
代表機櫃受到不同地震類型,其受震反應頻率皆不一樣。
放大因子之部分:
1. 當機櫃內有無設備物時,低頻範圍空櫃與質量櫃反應差異不大,高頻部 分為質量櫃反應大於空櫃反應,且高頻部分之尖峰值頻率較空櫃頻率 低,其原因為機櫃內部增加質量塊時,會導致面板模態頻率降低,但對 整體機櫃之頻率較無影響。
2. 不同點位量測位置比較,發現加速度放大因子反應與反應譜所顯示之趨 勢相似。
3. 地震強度之不同,可發現地震力增加其放大因子並無放大之現象。
4. 不同型式之地震波其放大因子反應,於低頻區 IEEE693 輸入波與 OBE 輸入波反應相似,但在高頻部分,X 及 Y 方向均為 OBE 輸入波反應均 大於IEEE693 輸入波,Z 方向則為 IEEE693 輸入波較 OBE 輸入波高。
由以上不同項目比較結果,影響盤內反應譜(ICRS)及放大因子(AF)主要 為設備物之高度,其次為輸入波大小,並可發現機櫃內部加速度反應均高 於機櫃外部之加速度反應,且OBE 試驗波對機櫃造成之主要頻率位於高頻 範圍,則 IEEE693 試驗波造成機櫃主要頻率範圍均在低頻部分。而動力放 大因子主要會隨高度提升,其放大倍率也會隨之變大,故要計算簡化之動 力放大因子,可由櫃內之最高處所得之加速度反應譜與底部反應譜相除所 得,本實驗之 AF 值主要落於 2~3 倍居多,接近文獻【6】中所建議之 AF 值 3.0。
