執行活化後增能作用時強度和休息時間影響了活化後增能用是否有效。未來研究建 議在執行活化後增能作用使用 RPE 自覺努力量表了解選手疲勞情況,並使用肌電儀器 去瞭解肌肉活化狀況。在爆發力測試中,較不會受到牽張反射 (SSC) 影響的測驗方式 為蹲踞跳 (squat jump),建議可在最大自主等長收縮形式活化後增能作用後加收蹲踞跳 動作,蹲踞跳起始動作為蹲下最低點,聽聞口令後股四頭肌收縮向上躍起,落地後緩衝 完成動作。與下蹲跳相比,蹲踞跳與最大自主等長收縮活化後增能作用動作型態較相 似。最後,沒有一套適合所有人的熱身課表及方式,但可以藉由試誤學習嘗試找出個人 最適合的熱身方式。

附錄一 受試者同意書

研究名稱:不同活化後增能作用對跳躍能力的影響

研究目的:本研究在探討傳統槓鈴與拉力帶等長收縮型式的活化後增能作 用,在不同恢復時間(四分鐘、八分鐘)對跳躍能力的影響。

實驗流程與測驗內容:

(1) 熟悉期

熟悉期學習標準化熱身、最大自主等長蹲舉 PAP、最大自主等長拉力帶 PAP 及下蹲跳 (CMJ) 動作。

(2) 實驗處理

參與者將隨機分配 3 種不同實驗處理 (最大自主等長 PAP 拉力帶組、最大 自主等長拉力帶 PAP 組、控制組),每種實驗處理均間隔 48 小時,實驗設 計流程 (如下圖)

 可能產生的危險:

(1) 不同實驗處理可能導致運動痠痛與拉傷之可能。

(2) 藉由病史紀錄表先排除可能發生的危險,降低參與者受傷機率。

 權利與義務:

(1) 參與者可拒絕參加實驗,但請提前告知研究負責人。

(2) 參與者對於不懂的流程及問題可詢問。

(3) 本實驗所獲得的資料數據僅供本研究使用。

 敬請配合事項:

(1) 實驗期間維持生活正常作息。

(2) 參與實驗期間不可飲酒、使用藥物。
