一、吸氣肌在運動過程中對於運動表現改善的機制尚未明確仍須未來研究釐清。
二、吸氣肌的熱身除了以強度作為熱身方式外,是否以吸氣肌熱身吸氣的頻率對 於運動表現是否有所改善,有待未來進一步探討。

受試者自願同意書
本研究目的在探討「不同強度吸氣肌熱身對中長跑運動表現之影響」。實驗 過程包含了前測及吸氣肌熱身和高強度衰竭跑測驗,所有受試者皆須接受三次 測驗,每次間隔 48 小時以上。運動測試中,須採集血液樣本,採集方式為指尖 採血。為了保護受試者權益,受試者如有任何問題,請隨時與研究人員提出。
本實驗所得知所有個人資料以及實驗數據,僅供作為學術研究之用,絕不外 流。受試者如於實驗中臨時改變受試意願,應通知研究人員,並可隨時退出實 驗不受任何限制。請參與實驗的受試者,務必了解並同意下列事項:
1. 本研究測驗時間為民國 102 年 10 月至 11 月份。
2. 實驗地點位於國立台灣師範大學分部生理學實驗室。
3. 請於指定時間穿著運動服裝、鞋至指定地點等候。
