根據本研究結果與討論,提供以下一些建議,以供未來有關吸氣肌熱身的研究作參 考:

一、 40%PImax 吸氣肌熱身無法促進高強度間歇運動表現,對於吸氣肌熱身強度的 調整,是否適用於優秀運動選手,有待未來研究進一步探討。

二、 吸氣肌熱身可能可以改善運動中肌肉氧飽和度與耗氧之情形,但其下相關的機 制,仍須未來研究加以釐清。

受試者須知

本研究目的在探討「吸氣肌熱身對高強度腳踏車間歇運動表現的影響」。每位受試 者須接受吸氣肌熱身、高強度間歇運動測驗以及安靜狀態的心跳率監控。吸氣肌熱身是 指受試者使用呼吸肌訓練器,進行 2 組 30 下的吸氣肌熱身,熱身方式可分為快吸慢吐 及慢吸慢吐,高強度間歇運動測驗則是指在腳踏車測功儀上,以 180%最大有氧動力輸 出反覆進行間歇休息 20 秒的 10 秒衝刺,直到衰竭,在 10 秒衝刺期間的踩踏頻率需維 持在 100 rpm。

所有受試者須接受 3 次測驗,每次至少間隔 24 小時以上。在運動測試時,須採集 血液樣本,採集方式為耳垂採血。如果受試者在運動測驗過程中,遇有下列情形者,應 立即停止測驗:

1. 身體感到極度不適。

2. 嚴重呼吸困難。

3. 感覺嘔吐、頭暈或輕微頭痛。

4. 身體極具疲勞(衰竭)。

您的參與對本研究議題有極大的貢獻與價值,並透過實驗的結果,可以瞭解自身的 無氧能力表現。您將填寫一份健康情況調查表,以確定您的身體情況是否適合參與此研 究計畫。

受試者自願同意書

本研究目的在探討「吸氣肌熱身對高強度腳踏車間歇運動表現的影響」。為了保護 受試者的權益,研究人員隨時回答受試者提出的問題。受試者如據實回答健康情況調查 表,經研究人員篩選出來的實驗參與者,在整個實驗操作過程應無安全上之顧慮。本實 驗所得之所有資料與數據,僅供學術研究之用,絕不外流。受試者如臨時改變意願不想 參加實驗時,應通知研究人員,並可隨時退出實驗而不受任何限制。參與實驗的受試者 必須瞭解並同意下列事項:

1. 本研究測驗的時間為民國 101 年 2 月份。

2. 在指定的時間穿著運動服裝至國立台灣師範大學分部生理學實驗室。

3. 在實驗期間請規律飲食及作息,禁止喝酒、吸菸。

4. 在測驗前 24 小時不得飲用咖啡、茶、可可亞及其他含咖啡因的飲料。

5. 實驗前 24 小時請勿從事激烈運動或訓練。

6. 測驗前 4 小時禁止飲食。

7. 實驗時請勿保留實力,以最大努力完成各項測驗。
