第五章 結論與建議
第二節 建議
今年度 2018 環亞熱帶創新低碳綠建築國際研討會已圓滿落幕，會後各國 參與者反應良好。建議國內未來應保持與各國代表互動之機制，建立各國綠建 築與產業聯繫之窗口，擴大綠建築生態城市國際會議之效益等，本研究彙整後 續建議如下：
一、立即可行之建議 主辦機關：內政部、外交部 協辦機關：內政部建築研究所
（一）總結本年度補助計畫案，除了成功邀請國際間重要低碳永續與綠建築組織 代表與會外，對於國內長期推動綠建築政策之成果展現，以及國外低碳綠 建築永續發展之概念交流，亦提供一極佳之互動平台，展望未來，建議應 持續辦理低碳城市綠建築推廣講習會及國際會議，以建立我國低碳綠建築 與生態城市之種子教師人材，擴大國內綠建築之推行成效。
（二）建議應彙整本年度計畫執行成果，並將部分出版品集結成冊，加強相關網 站資訊之更新與成果發佈，以及英文內容與資訊之定期呈現等，以供後續 相關會議參考，並可藉此增加與國際各相關組織，如 WGBC、CIB 等之交流 互動。
（三）國際會議的舉辦與執行，計畫中有許多工作項目與情況無法事先預估，國 際會議慣例與國際禮儀的周全，需要在行政及經費的充分支援才能順利執 行，建議未來舉辦國際會議，應該給予彈性之經費與行政支援，以利國際 會議之執行。

二、中長期建議

（一）建議可將今年度及歷年之低碳綠建築國際研討會執行成果加以彙整，作為 未來低碳綠建築評估系統政策與計畫推行之參考依據。
（二）我國近年來致力於綠建築與永續之發展，且與國際相關綠建築發展組織 保持密切關係，除了應該積極持續參與國際綠建築組織團體，提升台灣在國際 間永續建築發展的影響力，落實在地行動，並應加強完成國際接軌之目標。
