第五章 結論與建議

5.2 建議

1. 本研究以離子交換法將 Cu 植入沸石中,並藉由 ICP-AES 分析觸 媒內之金屬元素,發現 Cu 的交換對象應為沸石中的 Na。然而,

原始 Zeolite 內之 Na 含量僅約 0.764 %,難以製備出 Cu 含量更高 之 觸 媒 。 未 來 之 研 究 可 採 用 含 有 更 多 的 陽 離 子 之 物 質 ( 如

NH4/ZSM-5 或 NH4/Y-Zeolite) 進行改質,冀能製備出 Cu 含量更 高之觸媒。

2. Si/Al 比高之沸石型觸媒,其優點在於疏水性強,然而本研究並未 針對水氣存在的狀態下作測試。未來之研究可探討水氣濃度對 NO 與 VOCs 去除率的影響。

3. 4.5 節當中曾介紹在 NO 濃度為 0 與 500 ppm 時,甲苯濃度變化對 其自身去除率之影響。然而在 2.5 節亦提及 NO 之存在可能令 VOC 必須在較高之溫度方能達到 95 %之去除率,因此建議未來 可嘗試探討在 NO 參與反應或者不存在時,溫度變化對 VOCs 去 除率之影響。
