第五章 結論與建議

5.2 建議

1. 本研究結果得知,在低矽鋁比下之吸附材具有較高之去除效能,

而高比表面積又有利於吸附,未來建議可嘗試其他MCM-41 製備 方法(如:氣相法)或是不同比例之混合前驅溶液,以製備出更低矽 鋁比之中孔洞吸附材,以利吸附。

2. 除了銅金屬觸媒外,其他過渡金屬如鐵、鉻…等金屬皆是吸附氨 氣之活性金屬物質,未來可建議與分子篩擔體結合後之吸附效能 及吸附容量做進一步探討。

3. 本研究使用之吸附測試若是填充粉體量過高,容易造成壓損的問 題,建議未來可以先以壓定成型機壓定後以製備固體顆粒吸附材 進行實驗。

4. 本研究結果顯示,進流濃度及相對溼度改變會影響吸附材之去除 效率,因此建議在應用時須注意其環境測試條件及適用性。
