從本研究結果得知及實際應用方面,國內優秀女子足球選手的壓力來源與因應壓力 的策略都不盡相同,而解決壓力進而提升選手們的運動表現是相當重要的議題。我國 女足成績也漸漸在進步,只是在面臨國際賽的壓力時表現往往無法發揮平常訓練的水 準,成績往往都不如預期。基於以上很多的有關影響運動員的心理層面的現象與問題,
如能了解我國女子足球選手的壓力來源並加以擬定改進策略,必能增進中華女子足球 在國際賽上獲得佳績。
因此,建議並期盼足球教練及專業的運動心理學家設計出,能針對不同壓力源的 因應策略及解決選手心理問題的心理技能訓練。
