以下幾點,可供未來從事心率變異度相關研究者之參考:

一、建議做前測與後測的介入分析研究。

二、實驗的結論若為實驗組與對照組在心率變異度的各項指標中多呈 現顯著差異,則需再考慮此差異性是因為運動訓練之故,抑或是青少年受 試者身體各方面的快速發育成長之故。

三、可針對不同類型的運動訓練做比較,如有氧運動訓練與無氧運動 訓練之心率變異度比較。

四、影響心率變異度的因子非常多,建議未來從事相關研究的研究者 能盡量排除影響因子,將各項控制變因控制好。

五、針對青少年的心率變異度研究論文不多,建議未來研究者可多深 入探討研究。
