5. 結論與建議
5.2. 後續研究之建議
(1) 模型中所假設之退回商品,以 WEEE 當中所規定之電子電機類產品為主要範 例,但在逆物流活動當中,包含各類型態商品。對於特殊產品(例有毒物質貨 品),須經過特別處理程序,如此即會影響退回及處理程序,分析模型也需配合 調整,建議未來的研究可將商品特性或廢棄物處理方法變因也納入模型考量,
來建置符合不同產業背景逆物流網路規劃架構。
(2) 在設置穩健最佳化的情境規劃上,本計畫因無法確知逆物流服務商的營運活動 當中,未來可能發生的因素,故將所有情境都納入考量計算出穩健最佳解。建 議未來的研究在情境設計上可更詳細規劃,加上情境彈性調整機制。例如當計 算結果顯示處理廠有過剩之虞,可在模式中加入是否開設設施之變數,使決策 者能關閉多餘設施、降低成本。
(3) 本計畫只考量運輸服務需求量與供給量的因素,並未考量到運輸載具類型與多 樣最終產品的變因。未來的研究可將其擴充多樣最終產品及不同運輸載具類型 造成協同運輸網絡配置預測模型之影響為何。
(4) 本計畫的中的影響因子,皆利用文獻探討方式決定,建議後續可以透過其他分

析方法(如問卷),找出更多影響因素,始模型更符合真實環境的情況,也會使 預測更為精確。
(5) 本計畫中並未針對「協同關係」對於運輸預測模型的影響加以討論,後續研究 亦可於此部分深入探討。
