本研究參考前人研究對於核心微生物的定義(Schlaeppi et al, 2013；Pfeiffer et al, 2016；Walters et al., 2018)，並根據本研究 CLAMTEST 的結果列出豐度前 二十高的OTU 與綱(表七)，本研究的定義為：五個不同樣區內各樣點至少要有 兩個樣點豐度大於或等於10，已於前面討論過的微生物就不在此贅述，以下將 豐度前二十高的OTU 一一討論。OTU2705 為根瘤菌目下的 Xanthobacteraceae 科，在14 個樣本中皆有讀數。OTU3283 為 Proteobacteria 下的 Reyranella 屬，
先前的研究報告是從經濟作物中發現(Lee et al., 2017)。OTU6675 是 Bacilli 綱下 的Lactococcus 屬，此微生物只在兩個樣本中大量出現，故不能算是專化微生物 或是廣布型微生物。OTU10581 是 Acidobacteria 下的 Chloracidobacteria RB41

科，先前研究指出對乾旱或是潮濕的環境改變是敏感的(Jurburg et al., 2018)。
OTU1718 也是屬於 Xanthobacteraceae 科。OTU8925 屬於 Rhizobiales 根瘤菌 目。OTU3394 為 Actinobacteria 門下的 Crossiella 科，可能有抗菌的功能 (Adeyemo & Onilude, 2018)。OTU9038 也是屬於 Xanthobacteraceae 科，
OTU10370 是為根瘤菌目下的 Rhodobium 屬。OTU1251 是 Sphingomonadaceae 下的hingomonas 屬，可能與生物修復有關。OTU5046 為 Proteobacteria 下的 Deltaproteobacteria 綱。OTU10532 也是 Acidobacteria 下的 Chloracidobacteria RB41 科。OTU10488 是根瘤菌目下的 Mesorhizobium。OTU3743 也是屬於 Xanthobacteraceae 科，OTU2223 為 Proteobacteria 下的 Enterobacteriaceae 腸桿 菌科，是土壤中普遍存在的微生物。OTU770 是 Bacilli 下的 Bacillus 芽孢桿菌 屬。這裡面包含了五個布烈氏黃芩的專化微生物以及一個田代氏黃芩的專化微 生物。這些豐度高的微生物大多對寄主植物有益，提供了不同的生態功能，像 是硝化作用、固氮作用、抗菌功能、促進植物生長。
根據OTU 與綱分類的結果，發現豐度前二十多的 OTU 分群有部分群會重 複出現，至於符合本研究核心微生物定義的分別是OTU7852、OTU469、
OTU2705、OTU3283、OTU10370、OTU10488、OTU6204、OTU9644 共 8 個 OTU(表七)，綱的位階其中七個屬於 Alphaproteobacteria α-變形菌綱、一個屬 於Acidobacteria 酸桿菌綱。目的位階其中五個屬於根瘤菌目、一個屬於 Rhodospirillales 紅螺菌目、一個屬 Sphingomonadales 鞘脂單胞菌目、一個屬於 Subgroup_6，這八種微生物的類群在前面討論就已說明是對寄主植物有益。
OTU7852 與 OTU3283 也是布烈氏黃芩的專化微生物，顯示這兩種微生物與布 烈氏黃芩寄主有強烈的交互作用。
