從大社會環境來說，在消極方面，政府有責任進行政治革新，促進司法獨立，振興公權力，消 除不法與投機行屑，保障社會實全，以建立大有攝政府。如此均可增進大學生對政府的信任，並引 以馬槳 O 在積極方面，政府|徐耀擠建設外，宜加強人士建設，確立人文價值理想與規範，發揮軍多風 昂俗，扭轉乾坤之力量，藉以培盤大學生的積極主化 o 至於人文價值之方向為何?黃堅厚氏(民
78 )的研究指出我圓大學生心理需求朝西方化轉壇的現象並非可喜之事，黃民提出體全的生活方 式，應是「中庸之道J '可以兼具東 11與西方的特質，兼具傳統與現代的觀點。黃氏之觀點誠肩鞭 辟入理，堪值遵楣 o
就學校而言，應 l 加強淘試制，增進學生學習動機; 2. 加強教師與導師的職責，透過師生間的 互動來影響學生; 3. 鼓勵並主持學生政治與社會參與，情臨大學生的疏離盾，使之成搞社會主流文 化的前鋒; 4. 加強價值教育，建立大學生適當的價值觀與人生觀，以消除大學生的價值混淆; 5. 學 校與社會機構、六眾傳播媒體相互配合，提畏良好的社會風氣與休閒活動。
