6.2 未來展望
4.6 節所敘述之專業版系統需求為本研究在未來可持續發展之方向,尤其專案 管理系統之導入絕對有其必要,而本研究則主要呈現資訊回饋至 BIM 模型之資料 交換機制。BIM 技術欲於全生命週期能充分應用,必須有許多不同工具和環境的 配合,本研究利用雲端服務之概念來介接 BIM 模型檔案和 NoSQL 資料庫系統,
創造了爾後更廣泛應用的可能性,除了使用者操作模式外,可基於「資訊管理之 應用架構」和「應用情境導向之資訊管理框架」來發展不同應用需求的資訊交換 系統,若資訊回饋資料庫系統能提供更多延伸性的解決方案(如:針對不同應用情 境之客製化 web 服務 API),則未來可發展為資訊交換的技術平台。
就專家意見對於 BIMFeeD 的整體改善建議而言,主要可分為三個層面:語意 資訊的包裝、網路應用程式視覺化功能的加強、配合專案管理系統的權限管理。
語意資訊包裝的前提是資訊請求端能了解資訊回饋端所期待的語意資訊,在系統 設計層面可加入參數化屬性的自定義名稱或群組功能。網路應用程式視覺化功能 的加強則仍有一些技術瓶頸,透過網路應用程式操作 BIM 模型的性能仍有待提升。
配合專案管理系統的權限管理則屬於另一個範疇的管理模式,若專案管理系統的 管控機制可和本研究之資訊回饋機制相互配合,則對於 BIM 模型修改和模型版次 的管理皆能相得益彰。
另一方面,隨著硬體設備和網際網路的效能越來越高,巨量資料和雲端運算 的發展趨勢有助於解決更複雜的資訊交換問題。以微觀角度而言,若資料模型和 其傳輸方式能更具彈性,BIM 模型元件之間的互動行為和關係可由使用者根據需 求來定義,則 BIM 的資訊整合可發展為法則式(rule-based)的檢核系統。以巨觀角 度而言,若 BIM 模型隨生命週期發展的整合模式能被記錄下來,則其資料交換模 式亦有機會形成一種知識管理的專家系統(expert system)。
