第七章 結論與建議

7.2 未來研究建議

本研究針對預力梁不同配置進行試驗,然由試驗結果發現預力梁不同配置下 結構行為表現皆有所不同,甚至同樣配置條件於不同試驗受力易產生預期之外行 為表現,因此列舉以下幾點作為未來研究之建議:

1. 試驗中發現橫向力過大,會使結果與預期不同,有未知因素造成非預期影響,

如可能鋼腱與套管間接觸產生作用等因素,因此後續研究可透過有限元素軟體 分析此類作用之影響,並於試驗中再次驗證較大橫向力施加區間,瞭解整體梁 行為變化過程。且未來試驗中需更小心相關試驗條件,如欲試驗未握裹條件時,

可將每根鋼鉸線皆塗油減少鋼鉸線間摩擦力影響,更滿足為握裹之條件,避免 分析中困惑於握裹之影響。

2. 拋物線配置於試驗結果也產生與預期有較大差異,無論是勁度的變化,還是受 力變位情況,因此較直線配置更為複雜,然直線受過大橫向力作用時,易可能 與拋物線配置有類似之行為,因此可同第一點一起利用有限元素軟體探討,以 及可嘗試不同偏心量之配置,觀察如勁度等因素變化情形。

3. 試驗中也觀察到較細長之構件較易有足夠之變位,若有足夠之二階效應加乘,

整體識別變位將更易量測及明顯,然這些可嘗試連結細長比,如梁長、斷面形 狀等相關因素,並由建立這些因素合適之範圍。
